Explorations of curiosity

Oofnik is a food project by Avi Mallinger, a former chef, who likes to cook and eat food among friends.

The project includes occasional popups, special events, and catering using seasonal produce, local fish, a smoker, charcoal grill, and pizza oven.

Elsewhere, Avi is the founder and principal of Persea, a food systems and business consultancy supporting entrepreneurs and mission-driven organizations to create a more resilient, sustainable and operationally sound food system.
